Return & Exchange Policy

Product is returnable within the applicable return window mentioned on the product detail page, only in case the product received is damaged, has any missing parts or accessories, is defective, or different from the description mentioned on the product detail page on https://mobilex.co.in/

Customers can request for a replacement unless mentioned otherwise on the product detail page.

For scenarios wherein the product received is damaged or has any missing parts/accessories, the Mobilex team will contact the customer to confirm details of the damage/missing parts/accessories before issuing the replacement.

For scenarios wherein the product received is different from the description mentioned on the product detail page, the Mobilex team will arrange for a pick-up from the customer’s registered location and proceed with replacement as requested.

For scenarios wherein the product received is defective, a resolution will be provided basis the following conditions:

For mobiles, the resolution will be provided basis the brand technician’s report.

Replacement will be processed only in the following conditions:

The product was not damaged while in the customer’s possession.

The product is not different from what was originally shipped.

The product is returned in its original condition along with the brand/manufacturer box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all in-the-box accessories.

For the product where the applicable refund or return window has been exhausted, the product will be repaired as per brand warranty terms.

In case of digital products which can store data, the customer must ensure that all personal information from the device is removed before processing the return or replacement of the same. Mobilex shall not be liable in any manner for loss, misuse, or usage of such information.

Product will not be eligible for return in case of buyer’s remorse, includes change of mind or incorrect product/model/color ordered.

Product will not be eligible for return or replacement if ‘Non-Returnable or Non-Replaceable’ is mentioned on the product detail page.

Refund will be processed within 2 working Days once the product is received by Mobilex. The applicable refund window may vary, from 7 to 8 working days, depending on the mode of payment used at the time of purchase.

Free gifts will not be eligible for return, and will not be covered under any kind of warranty.

Damage reported for products collected by the customer from store, will not be eligible for return or replacement.

Mobilex reserves the right, to change, amend or otherwise modify the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Any dispute shall be to the exclusive jurisdiction of Court at Mumbai.

RETURN/REFUND IS NOT ELIGIBLE WHEN

Mobilex will not consider the product for return or replacement in the following cases:

Buyer’s remorse, includes change of mind or incorrect product/model/color ordered.

Product has already been installed or is in use, and works as per its specification certified by the brand.

Product has been tampered with, or has missing serial number/IMEI number.

Product has been relocated from the primary delivery address registered for installation/demonstration by the customer.

The applicable refund window has been exhausted, the product will be repaired as per brand warranty terms.

Product falls under the Software or any other consumable items category.

Performance or software issue in the product is not as per expectation (e.g., heating or lagging issue). In such cases, the customer will have to visit the authorized brand service center for product inspection.

Primary packaging of any large product that requires demo & installation is opened by the customer. The packaging has to be opened only by the Mobilex delivery associate or an authorized installation partner.

Replacement/Refund is not applicable for any software-related issues.

In cases when the product is not eligible for the replacement/refund as mentioned on the product detail page on https://mobilex.co.in/ , the Mobilex team will guide the customer and provide repair services as per the brand’s warranty terms.

DEFECTIVE/WRONG PRODUCT

In an unlikely event of the product delivered being defective or being different from what was ordered, the return request must be raised within the applicable return window.

Replacement is eligible only in cases of hardware related issues as certified by the brand in its technical report. Mobilex may request you to visit the nearest Mobilex store or an authorized brand service center to generate the technical report.

No replacement will be offered in case of software-related issues. Customers will be requested to visit the nearest Mobilex store or an authorized brand service center for a resolution as per the brand’s warranty terms.

DAMAGED PRODUCT/MISSING PARTS OR ACCESSORIES

In cases when the product delivered is damaged, a replacement request should be raised within 48 hours of order delivery. Any request raised after the applicable replacement window will be rejected.

The Mobilex team will contact the customer to ascertain details of the damage or the missing parts/accessories before issuing the replacement. Please note that replacement will be provided only if the damage is not caused by the customer in any manner whatsoever.

RETURNS

The product to be replaced/returned must be in its original condition along with the brand/manufacturer box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all in-the-box accessories.

Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email

All Products on Our Website Have at least 1 Year Warranty Provided by the Manufacturer.

7 Days Return and Replacement

This item is eligible for free replacement, within 7 days of delivery, in an unlikely event of defective or different/wrong item delivered to you.

In the rare event that you receive a damaged device, please create a replacement request within 24 hours of order delivery. Raising a replacement request any time after 48 hours of order delivery will result in your replacement request being rejected sometimes.

We’ll provide a resolution as soon as we can, In certain cases, we may also facilitate scheduling a technician visit to your location. On the basis of the technician’s evaluation report, we will provide resolution. Please keep the item in its original condition, with original accessories like chargers, headsets etc., brand outer box, MRP tags attached, user manual in manufacturer packaging for for a successful return pick-up.

Shipping Policy
The Company shall exercise all possible measures to ensure that any product booked on the Website is delivered within seven (7) working days from date of booking of order on the Website subject to successful realization of payment made against the said Order and availability of the product(s). However, user understands and confirms that the Company shall not be held responsible for any delay in delivery of product due to circumstances beyond the control of the Company, provided, the Company takes all required and necessary steps to ensure delivery of the product within above mentioned timelines.

We offer FREE SHIPPING for all our products irrespective of the cart value. Octroi charges, wherever applicable, shall be borne and paid by the Company and not by the Customer.

In case User books order of multiple products in one transaction, the Company would endeavor to ship all Products together. However, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics and/or logistics issues. If User purchases multiple products in single transaction, then the products can be shipped at the different addresses within the same pincode choosen individually by the user at the time of checkout.

How would I know that my shipping address is serviced?

The information about any pin code being serviced within India can be checked on the product page once the pincode is entered.

Your shipping address Pin code will be verified with our database before you add the product to the cart. In case it is not serviceable by our delivery partners, we would request you to provide us with an alternate shipping pincode and check the availability.

How will the delivery be done?

Product delivery will be done through reputed courier service providers like by Mobilex Supply Chain, by Blue Dart, Delhivery, Ecom Express, Xpressbees, Shadowfax, Fedex etc.

Currently, https://mobilex.co.in/ does not deliver items internationally. However, you are invited to make purchases on the website from anywhere in the world at the same time ensuring the Shipping Address is within India.
